The Department of Law and Political, Economic and Social Sciences of the Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale launches, during the current academic year, a laboratory for the compendium of court rulings
This unique experience is the result of a collaborative project between our Department and the Court of Alessandria. The goal of the activity is to familiarise students with notable judgements, allowing them to learn the rules underlying the recourse to law in judicial rulings and offering interested parties access – via a dedicated section of the Departmental website – to a compendium of the most significant rulings by the Court of Alessandria.
- Criminal Law Rulings: this section lists the Criminal Law rulings, legislative references, and related sentences in PDF form.
- Civil Law Rulings: this section lists the Civil Law rulings, legislative references, and related sentences in PDF form.
