University Strategic Plan

This aims at concretely establishing the strategies to take in order to tackle the main challenges facing the University, in a perspective that extends well beyond the 3-year period defined by the ministry.

Departmental Strategic Plan

This outlines the mission and strategic policies of the Department. It is made up of goals that range from increasing the educational activity, policies of research development, growth of the Third Mission and initiatives of Public Engagement.

Department Strategic Plan for the 2025–2027 period, approved by the Department Council in the session of 12/06/2025, subsequently updated in the session of 08/07/2025, and ratified by the Board of Administration in the session of 25/07/2025.
