Ensures excellence and efficacy in the planning and delivery of teaching activities across the campus. It actively supports Bachelor's and Master's degree programs (Level I and II), Professional Master's, Advanced Training, and Continuing Education courses. Additionally, it provides continuous support to Degree Program Chairs and promotes campus internationalization.

Activities:
Supports the promotion, development, and management of research and advanced training activities across the campus, assisting faculty, researchers, and Ph.D. students in accessing funding opportunities, implementing projects, and organizing Ph.D. programs. It plays an operational, close-support role, assisting academic staff in identifying international opportunities, preparing project proposals, managing funded projects, and supporting incoming and outgoing research mobility (visiting fellows, scientists, Ph.D. students, and scholars). The office works in close liaison with the central Research Unit, maintaining a constant dialogue that ensures alignment with University guidelines, namely the enhancement of disciplinary specificities, quality of activities, and promptness of action. Within this framework, it contributes to promoting scientific excellence and strengthening the University's impact locally and internationally.

Activities:
Provides technical and specialized support for research and teaching activities carried out in the campus laboratories, ensuring the operational efficiency of the infrastructure and environmental safety. It works in close liaison with the Campus Laboratories Line Sector, ensuring compliance with University standards and enhancing local specificities. The office is divided into two operational sites and operates according to an integrated organizational model that guarantees unified coordination at the central level. While operating close to the specific needs of the different territorial sites, it maintains unified management over processes, strategic guidelines, and procedure standardization, ensuring uniformity, consistency, and quality in the services offered to the academic community. Through a structured networking system, the staff of both sites collaborate synergistically, promoting the sharing of best practices, resource optimization, and a timely and coordinated response to the University's needs.

It works in coordination with the sectors of the Division, promoting a healthy, safe, efficient, and inclusive work environment.

It plays a fundamental role in ensuring operational continuity, technological efficiency, and the quality of ICT services provided to the student community, faculty, and technical-administrative and library staff.

University Library System Cluster – Alessandria Campus

Activities:
Oversees strategic activities related to the preservation, enhancement, and innovation of bibliographic heritage, in alignment with the university's institutional mission. Founded on the dual nature of research and teaching, the university library system is configured as an enabling infrastructure serving the entire academic community. The organization into clusters aims to enhance this dual function in an integrated manner, systematizing the specialized skills present across the various sites, and ensuring advanced, consistent, and high-quality library services. The functional breakdown into a single university sector makes it possible to strengthen organizational efficiency and strategic vision, while maintaining the campus libraries as local hubs directly serving the Departments. The cluster actively collaborates with the Research Enhancement Division for aspects related to research evaluation, the management of the IRIS-UPO catalog, and the promotion of Open Science, and with the Teaching and Internationalization Division and the Innovation Cluster for the development of activities related to Open Education and innovative teaching support.
