Internship at the Prefecture of Alessandria – Re-allocation of goods confiscated from organised criminal activity
Students of IV and V year of the Master’s degree in Law can complete their curricular internship at the Prefecture of Alessandria, which provides an online helpdesk offering assistance to individuals interested in presenting projects for re-allocated goods from organised criminal activity.
The internship is equivalent to that organised at courthouses, in structure and duration (150 hours).
The activity involves an initial training of 10 hours, by the numerous individuals, institutional and not, who are involved in the process of relocation of these assets. In order for the virtual help desk to function properly, coordination on the traineeship periods by the interested parties is required. Students who intend to participate in the project must write an email BEFORE MARCH 31 2021 to Dr. Laura Bodrati, head of the teaching office (laura.bodrati@uniupo.it), indicating their interest and periods of availability for the activities. The periods will be organised, in agreement with the Prefecture, to ensure the constant presence of at least one student, to guarantee ongoing helpdesk service.
Among the attachments available on this page, there is the extract of the resolution of the Board of Studies in Law of 19/03/2021.
THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY CARRIED OUT AN INTERNSHIP BUT WISH TO JOIN THE PROJECT, CAN ALSO PARTICIPATE AND ACCUMULATE EXTRA-CURRICULAR CREDITS.
