InHigh Education course - Property Manager academic year 2026/2027

It’s now possible to pre enroll for the international high education course for Property Managers. 

The course is organized by DIGSPES in collaboration with Tara Home Consulting LTD and IUSEFOR, an education agency related to IUSE (Istituto Universitario Studi Europei). 

The course is directed by Professor Marco Novarese. The aim is the creation of the role of Property Manager, professional expert in the management of an investment property. 

The property manager role is more and more strategic: the touristic sector is changing, people search for authentic travel experience, re-defining the world of tourism, holidays and reception. 

The course programme is composed of 10 subjects, it contemplates developing economics, financial and legal skills. In particular, it will focus on the knowledge of the property market, procedures management, hospitality and problem solving techniques.

Admissions requirements and enrollment

Basic requirements for the application are a secondary school degree and competence in English language.

The list of eligible candidates will be published within 14th January 2027 on the course page.

Enrollments will be possible until 14th February 2027.

The tuition fee is 350 €  for 86 hours of attending. 

Fruition mode will be online, in both synchronous or on-demand modality. 
Final certifications 

In case you complete the compulsory attendance and succeed the final test (optional), you will receive the certificate of merit “Property Manager”.

If you attend at least 75% of classes, you will receive the certificate of attendance “Property Manager”.
