In compliance with the Directive "mandatory encryption" of user passwords as required by the G.D.P.R., starting from academic year 2019/20 the tutor will be able to obtain the access credentials to www.studenti.uniupo.it by logging in and registering on the aforementioned portal.
For the procedure:
from the link provided -> by clicking on the "menu" at the top right on Registration -> from here, completing the various steps as a new user, entering the required data -> at the end of the procedure, you will receive system-generated access credentials to the portal
The login credentials are essential for the purpose of drafting the training project and completing the internship evaluation questionnaire at the end of the project

Students
ONLINE COURSES: SAFETY AND HEALTH IN THE WORKPLACE: in order to fulfil the regulatory obligations of Health and Safety in the workplace, the trainee must send an email to: prevsic@uniupo.it with the subject "START INTERNSHIP" to have access to the following mandatory online courses on safety:
“General Safety Training” 4 hours
Specific Low-Risk Safety Training” 4 hours
You will receive the instructions for accessing the courses directly via email from the Safety, Prevention and Protection Sector, upon completion of which you will obtain the relative certificate: a copy must be delivered to the Internship Office together with the other documents necessary for the start of the internship.
If students have already taken these courses outside the University, they will be required to send the relevant certificates to prevsic@uniupo.it for approval, which will be registered via email; a copy of this email must be delivered to the Internship Office together with the other documents necessary for the start of the internship.
THE CERTIFICATES ARE MANDATORY FOR THE START OF THE INTERNSHIP
INTERNSHIP EVALUATION QUESTIONNAIRE: all students are required to fill in the evaluation questionnaire at the end of the internship, which is available at https://www.studenti.uniupo.it by choosing the menu: INTERNSHIP AND PLACEMENTS - MANAGEMENT INTERNSHIPS - EVALUATION: click on SEE.
The questionnaire is available from the week before the end of the internship and remains active for three weeks.
At the time of delivery of the final internship documentation, the office will check that it has been completed.
