Internships and placements for EMI
Degree course Economics, Management and Institutions (EMI 22/23)
Internships and traineeships are periods of 'practical activity' that a student or recent graduate carries out in companies, public bodies or as freelancers, aimed on the one hand at gaining experience 'in the field' - deepening, verifying and expanding the learning received during the course of studies - and on the other hand to promote insertion into the world of work.
For this purpose, our Department stipulates special Agreements with host organisations, while the Internship and Job Placement Service prepares the training projects associated with each trainee.
Internships can be curricular, i.e., mandatory for the achievement of a qualification (training activities provided for in the study plans and earning academic credits) or extra-curricular, the frequency of which is left up to the student. Finally, training and orientation internships can be activated for graduates.
