2) To request credit transfer of university exams carried out in a previous programme (valid for students not yet registered at the University of Eastern Piedmont)

Consult the web page of the Department's range of courses and write an email to the contact professor of the Degree Programme you wish to enrol on, requesting an informal evaluation of your previous university studies.

The teachers are:

After having obtained the informal assessment, if you wish to enrol and request credit transfer for the exams taken in your previous programme, you can enrol and then make the request following the instructions given in point 1).

Course regime (part-time, full-time)

You can change the chosen commitment regime only during the enrolment period (see Student Handbook and Fees of the current academic year) and not during the rest of the academic year.

You cannot opt for part-time if you have already been registered as a REPEAT student.

When you make the regime change, the study plan is reshaped to the regime chosen on the basis of predefined schemes; it is not possible to choose how to distribute your exams between the years.

If you intend to make a change in study regime, inform the Student Admin Office BEFORE PAYING THE FIRST INSTALMENT, using the UPOrisponde system.

Possible options

  • BACHELOR’S DEGREE: part-time 4 or 6 years
  • MASTER’S DEGREE: part-time 3 or 4 years
  • SINGLE-CYCLE MASTER’S DEGREE (LMG): only full-time.

Possible scenarios

  • CHANGE FULL-TIME → PART-TIME

You can only make this type of change if you enrol in a regular (non-repeat) year course. The fees due, starting from the moment you make your choice, relate to the part-time regime.

What to do: send the completed and signed contract to allegati.digspes@uniupo.it

  • CHANGE PART-TIME → FULL-TIME

If you see that your part-time regime is slowing you down, you can go back to the full-time regime.

On the page> Payments of the student portal, any adjustments for the years spent as part-time will be entered: you will have to pay, for each academic year spent as part-time, again on the basis of the ISEE (if you had any benefit), the difference between the full-time fee and what you actually paid.

What to do: send explicit notice of your intention to return to full-time, via UPOrisponde.

  • CHANGE PART-TIME → PART-TIME

YOU ARE REGISTERED AS PART-TIME AND WISH TO OPT FOR A SHORTER PART-TIME

Check with the Student Admin Office if it is still possible to change regime, using the UPOrisponde system.

If it is possible to make the change, any adjustments for years spent as a part-time student will be entered on the> Payments page of the student portal: you will have to pay, for each academic year spent in the previous part-time course, (again on the basis of ISEE if you benefited from it), the difference between the fees for the new part-time and what you actually paid.

What to do: send the completed and signed contract  to allegati.digspes@uniupo.it, stating details of the new part-time programme.

You can only make this type of change if you enrol in a regular (non-repeat) year course
